During summer, 23 candidates applied with a research proposal, indicating what kind of research they wanted to do, why their research was feasible and why their research would be an important contribution to medical science. After a written review round the candidates had the opportunity to rebuttal their reviews. The selection procedure concluded with a presentation and discussion where the candidates presented their work to a panel of senior researchers and were graded on their efforts. Based on the quality of the research proposals, the rebuttal and the presentations and discussions, ten candidates have been selected to receive funding for their research.  

We want to congratulate all ten candidates that made it through the selection procedure and wish all them the best of luck during their research at the Graduate School of Medical Sciences!
